When this client came to us, all they had was a business model and the name of their venture. So we got to work on everything else: branding, corporate website, SaaS platform, iOS app, Android app, and even their international debut at a well-known tech security event (ISACA).
Uniform, formal and technological
As a company focused on technological security, and therefore extremely trustworthy, we were clear about exactly what we needed to convey in each piece. The app's user experience had to be simple and reliable, its identity straightforward, its communication with a confident and firm tone of voice, and hundreds of other considerations.
The app had to be as universal as possible since it's intended for mass distribution. To achieve this, a navigation flow was based on extensive research to identify potential user needs, defining user personas, interviews, tasks to be completed, prototypes, validations, and a well-designed MVP.
