SS&S is a browser extension that allows you to easily add different search engines and access them from any website you're visiting.
Find before you search
This tool was created in 2015, but 2021 was the time when we proposed a major rebrand and a disruptive change in the user experience (it is still in development).
To reshape the experience, we conducted research with users from different countries who frequently use the tool (especially in China), devised hypotheses and assumptions, conducted user testing, and focused heavily on Analytics metrics.
Through different types of research we added features, such as:
